Late

We value your time, and we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late by more than 20 minutes, please contact us immediately so we can make necessary rearrangements. Arriving late without prior notice may result in a shortened appointment or a need to reschedule.

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule without incurring any charges.

 

No Show or Last minute cancellation

In the unfortunate event of a no-show or if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee will be charged. The fee will amount to 50% of the total service cost and will be charged to the credit card used for booking. This charge is necessary to compensate our stylists for their time and to cover the resources allocated for your appointment.
